1. Data Controller

FASE (faselab.dk) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: hello@faselab.dk Founder: Anna Le, Copenhagen, Denmark.

2. What we collect

Waitlist: When you join the waitlist we collect your email address and preferred language. This is required to contact you about the launch.

Analytics: We use Plausible Analytics — a cookieless, anonymous, EU-hosted analytics tool. Plausible does not collect personally identifiable information and does not use cookies. We measure pageviews, referrers, device type, country, and how far visitors scroll.

We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or other sensitive information at this time.

3. Cookies and consent

We do not use marketing, tracking, or third-party cookies. We only use local browser storage (localStorage) to remember your cookie choice.

Although Plausible is cookieless and technically does not require consent under GDPR, we ask for your consent before activating analytics — because we believe in transparency. You can decline at any time, and analytics will not be enabled.

5. Retention

We keep your email on the waitlist until you ask us to delete it, or up to 24 months after launch if you do not convert to a customer.

Analytics data is stored anonymously and in aggregate by Plausible for up to 24 months.

6. Data processors

We share data with the following providers that help us run the website:

• Supabase (EU region) — database and waitlist hosting. • Plausible Analytics (EU) — anonymous web analytics. • Cloudflare — content delivery and DDoS protection. • Resend — confirmation and newsletter delivery.

We never sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Email hello@faselab.dk to exercise your rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or here on this page.
